An internationally recognized clinical trial recruitment company wanted engaging animated intros for recruitment, benefits and onboarding training.
Problem
Recruiting qualified clinical trial participants is a big challenge in the pharmaceutical industry-it can cost millions of dollars in expired patents as well as delaying research and bringing medications to market.
It is crucial to attract and retain highly educated medical professionals to recruit clinical trial participants. They needed a light, engaging way to introduce training to these professionals.
Solution
Create lively, engaging animated intro videos on Benefits and Skills Training to introduce the live training sessions.
Design and Development Process
I worked closely with the subject matter expert, to create a visual storyboard from their script.
I then developed the animation in Vyond animation software. The client chose to have an employee record the narration. I edited and synched the audio to the video characters and scenes.
